花蓮縣太魯閣國家公園5/3日公告自113年5月7日上午8時起暫停該處生態保護區及其他管制區域內之入園活動。
依據：災害防救法、申請進入太魯閣國家公園生態保護區許可注意事項第七條。
公告事項：
一、 因受0403及0422地震影響，餘震未歇且中橫公路落石不斷。山區土石鬆動及近日梅雨鋒面接近，據報將有局部性強降雨發生導致土石流發生機率趨高。為維護山友安全，暫停開放該處生態保護區及其他管制區域入園活動，非必要請避免進入山區活動。
二、 本次預計封閉期間為113年5月7日8時至113年5月21日上午8時，封閉期間原已核發之入園許可證，依「進入玉山、太魯閣、雪霸國家公園生態保護區申請許可作業須知」第五條之規定應予廢止，俟鋒面遠離與餘震歇息後該處將派員巡視各路線，在安全無虞的情況下再行恢復受理入園活動。
三、 有關天氣預報、土石流及大規模崩塌防災資訊，敬請山友關注交通部中央氣象署網站以獲取相關訊息。

Entry to ecological protection areas and other restricted areas (controlled areas) of Taroko National Park is prohibited from 8:00 AM on May 7, 2024.
Legal basis:
- In accordance with the Natural Disasters Prevention Act
- The 7th item of the Guidelines for Applying for Permits to Enter Ecological Protection Areas in Taroko National Park.
Announcements：
1.Due to the earthquakes of April 3 and April 22, aftershocks are continuing and rockfalls are frequently occurring on Central Cross-Island Highway.
With the loosening of soil and rocks in mountainous areas and the approach of the plum rain front in recent days, there have been reports of localized heavy rainfall, increasing the risk of landslides.
In order to ensure the safety of hikers, entry to all ecological protection areas and other restricted areas is prohibited.
Please avoid entering mountainous areas for non-essential activities.
2.The closure will be in effect from 08:00 on May 7, 2024, to 08:00 on May 21, 2024.
According to Article 5 of the “Guidelines for Applying for Permits to Enter Ecological Protection Areas in Yushan, Taroko, and Shei-Pa National Parks”, all previously issued entry permits shall be invalidated.
Once the weather front has moved away and the aftershocks have subsided, the park will send personnel to patrol the various routes.
Admission activities will be resumed when it is deemed safe to do so.
